Which social media platforms does Msg4 work with?

How does Msg4 work with SAP Business One ERP?

Msg4 operates with SAP Business One through the Service Layer, generating a 100% fluid and transparent experience for users, allowing 99% of existing transactions in SAP Business One to be carried out. This includes registrations such as master data and business partners, as well as transactions from the following modules: Finance, CRM, Opportunities, Sales, Purchasing, Banking, Inventory, Production, and Services. With several ready-made templates.

How does Msg4 work for ERPs and management systems?

Msg4 is extremely flexible, with many configuration options for communication with RESTful APIs. In other words, if your system has a REST API, we can integrate the platform.

Is communication via WhatsApp carried out through API?

Yes, communication with WhatsApp is currently carried out through API with two options:
1. Using Meta’s official API through Twilio.
2. Using APIs that use the WhatsApp web mechanism, such as AnexoChat.
These two options provide flexibility of choice, allowing use for any size of business.

Is communication via Facebook Messenger carried out through API?

Yes, for Facebook Messenger we use the API from Twilio, an official partner of Meta.
