Business Partners and Activities
The Business Partners module manages all information relevant to relationships with potential customers (leads), customers, or suppliers. Use the business partner registry to record and retrieve information about business partners.
Activities are at the heart of managing relationships with people.
Through Msg4, using the visual interface of applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or other communication platforms, it is possible to register new business partners, as well as update existing records, regardless of their type (customer, potential customer, or supplier).
For each type of business partner, it is possible to provide a form of operation, for example:
– A registration flow for a new customer, also called a potential customer (lead).
– A registration update flow for existing customers or suppliers, providing the possibility to update certain information.
– For all of them, it is possible to provide a record of requests, creating an activity log.
Production – from the user’s perspective
The Production module, together with the Resources module, provides a basic platform for managing light manufacturing processes in SAP Business One. These modules help companies simplify the production process, enabling better control and visibility of the entire production cycle.
Through Msg4, using the visual interface of applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or other similar platforms, it is possible to perform production operations such as: creating production orders, releasing for production, recording output for production (write-off of inputs) and production input (input of finished products).
In addition to operational use, it is possible to issue reports, which can be used for analysis and management of the production process.
With a reduced learning curve and integration into operations, it is possible to obtain greater visibility of the entire production process.
